It had just about run out; hiding in the cupboard for few months when I wanted to drizzle some of that maple syrup on my Johnny cake. My girlfriend pointed out the sugar crystalsl had formed on one side of the bottle and on the bottom, beneath the remaining syrup. I finished the Johnny cake and then grabbed the camera as my imagination began to take over
